Privacy Policy
{NAP.legalName} handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
What we collect
When you submit the request form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property address, and description you provide. When you call, we record the information needed to dispatch and to scope the work.
In the course of a project we may collect photographs, moisture and air-quality readings, and other records of the property and its condition. Where a claim is involved, those records are shared with the insurer or adjuster handling it.
What this website records
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and which links and phone taps are used. These tools set cookies and record usage data on Google’s and Microsoft’s infrastructure under their own terms.
We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. You can block these tools with a browser setting or extension; the site works normally without them, and the phone number remains a working link.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, dispatch to your property, scope and carry out the work, document it for you and for any insurer involved, and invoice for it. We use it for no other purpose without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Insurers and adjusters where a claim is involved. Laboratories that analyse samples taken at your property. Subcontractors and suppliers where they need it to do the work. Regulators where a report is legally required — for example a notice to a Ministry of Labour inspector before a Type 3 asbestos operation. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Project records are retained for as long as needed to support the work, any claim arising from it, and our legal obligations — including record-retention requirements that apply to work involving designated substances. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it. Contact us at the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
